The NATF held its annual Operator Training Practices Group train-the-trainer workshop in August. Topics included implementing the new PER-005-2 standard, training techniques to engage operators, maintaining a secure training environment, gamification in training, training OJT mentors, and NERC Personnel Subcommittee activities.
